​Payment for physical product sales is to be received within 10 business days from the order.
Unpaid orders will be canceled after 10 days, and considered void.

Orders of physical goods will be shipped within 90 days of payment.

Customers can ask for the cancellation of an order by sending an email to orders@thokk-research.com from the same email address registered during the order creation procedure. Canceled orders will be refunded in full.
 

Orders for customized or special items cannot be canceled if the item's production or modification has already started.

Orders can be canceled only if they haven't been processed yet. If an order has already been processed and a shipping label has been created for its shipment, the order cannot be canceled anymore, even it it hasn't been shipped yet.
If a customer wants to recede from an order that cannot be canceled anymore, our Returns Policy applies.

 

THOKK s.r.l. will always try to prevent an order that has already been prepared from shipping, if the customer wants to recede from the order, in the attemt to save the customer eventual return costs, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop the order from shipping in time.

 

Any costs sustained by THOKK s.r.l. to arrange the shipment of an order a customer wishes to recede from, will be deducted from the refund of the order itself, if refund applies.
