Returns are accepted only for unused products in brand new condition. A return must be requested within 14 days of delivery via email to customerservice@thokk-research.com.
THOKK s.r.l. will be arranging the return shipment for the item, and will provide the customer a valid shipping label within 14 days.

The costs for returning a product to THOKK s.r.l. are entirely on the customer, including shipping costs, customs and any other costs associated with the return.

Any and all costs sutained by THOKK s.r.l. during the return procedure will be deducted from the refund.

Products that have been used, damaged, altered or otehrwise made not "unused and brand new" by the customer are not eligible for refund, with the item's condition being evaluated after it is physically returned to THOKK s.r.l.

Customized or special items are never eligible for return or refund.

If an item that is returned to THOKK s.r.l. after the purchase is found to be not eligible for full refund, any and all costs foreventually  returning the item back to the customer are entirely on the customer, and it is their sole resoponsibility to retrieve the goods from THOKK s.r.l., within 30 days from the written notification that the item is not eligible for full refund.

Returned items that are not eligible for full refund which are not retrieved by the customer within the aforementioned 30 days limit will be disposed of by THOKK s.r.l. as unclaimed items, with no right of recourse by the customer.
